Q. How long will it take to receive my goods once an order has been placed?
Typically we will endeavor to dispatch your order within three working days. An automatic dispatch e-mail will then be sent when the goods have been shipped
Deliveries to UK (Mainland) should occur the following working day from the date the dispatch e-mail was sent. Orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will take around two working days to be delivered.
Q. Are my goods in stock?
Yes, all products listed on our website should be in stock from our warehouse.
Q. What do you mean by working day?
“Working day” for jonesbootmaker.com means Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30 GMT, and Saturday 9:00 – 13:00pm GMT. This excludes English statutory and public holidays.
“Working Day” for the courier means Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 GMT. This excludes English statutory and public holiday.
Q. What does dispatch mean?
The term dispatch means that the goods have left jonesbootmaker.com and are now with the courier. Deliveries to UK (Mainland) should occur the following working day from the date the dispatch e-mail was sent. Orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will take around two working days to be delivered.
Q. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
An automatic email will be sent to the email address provided on the order at the time of dispatch. Deliveries to UK (Mainland) should occur the following working day from the date the dispatch e-mail was sent. Orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will take around two working days to be delivered.
Q. How do I have an order sent to a BFPO address?
The billing/registered address entered onto your account should be that of where the payment card used on the order is registered to.
When placing an order, at the check out stage, please add the BFPO address as your delivery address ensuring your BFPO number is entered as the postcode.
Please select UK Mainland as the country of origin.
Jones Bootmaker will then automatically send the order to the UK BFPO Commercials Receipt office. An additional address label will be put on the goods so that Commercial Receipts can forward the goods to the BFPO address required.
Q. What Courier do you use?
All goods are dispatched by Interlink Express. Interlink will require a signature on delivery of the parcel.
Q. How can I track my order?
At anytime all outstanding orders can be viewed via ‘Your Account’ on the homepage.
When orders are placed they enter into status ‘Progress’. Once the order has been processed the order will be sent to stage ‘Picking’ this is for both in-stock and delayed orders. When the order is dispatched it enters stage ‘Shipping’, this is the final stage.

Q. Is a signature required?
Please note that all methods of delivery will require a signature upon receipt of the goods. If no one is available at the billing/registered address during working hours, please select an appropriate delivery address at the checkout.
If you order has already been shipped and no-one will be present to sign for the goods, please call us on Freephone 0800 163519 as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
Q. I have my dispatch email, when will the goods be delivered?
Your dispatch email indicates that the goods have now been sent out by jonesbootmaker.com (dispatched).
For UK Mainland customer’s, delivery should occur the following working day from the date the dispatch e-mail was sent. Orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will take around two working days to be delivered.
Q. I was out when delivery was attempted, what should I do?
The Interlink Express driver should leave a calling card indicating that delivery was attempted. Please contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
Please be aware that Interlink Express requires a signature upon receipt of the order. Due to this please ensure that the delivery address entered on the order is appropriate for the method of delivery selected.

Q. What does ‘Standard Delivery’ mean?
Standard delivery means that the order will be delivered by Interlink Express (during working hours) the next working day after the order has been dispatched. Delivery costs £3.99. Orders being delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man will take around two working days to be delivered. An e-mail will be sent to you on the day of dispatch.
Please be aware that Interlink Express requires a signature upon receipt of the order. Due to this please ensure that the delivery address entered on the order is appropriate for the method of delivery selected.
Q. Can orders be delivered to an address different to my own address?
The address to which the payment card is registered to should be entered under billing address section. However, a different address for delivery can be entered in the delivery address section during the checkout stage.
Please be aware that all orders require a signature upon receipt of the goods. We would therefore advise that orders are delivered to an address at which there is normally someone present to sign for the goods.
Q. Do you offer delivery outside the UK?
Currently we only deliver within the UK.
