Jones Bootmaker would like to add that size is only an indication of fit, and we would always advise that the goods are tried on around the home to assess the fit. Please see ‘Q. What is your returns policy?’ for our 28 day return policy.

Q. Do you sell shoes in multi-width fittings?

All styles on the site are in a standard “XX” fitting, unless stated otherwise. This is classed as a standard UK width. This would be an ‘F’ fitting for men and a ‘D’ fitting for women.

Q. Do you sell shoes in half sizes?

Some of our shoes are available in half sizes. You can either browse the site or use the Advanced Search Facility (coming soon) to search for a particular size.

Q. Do you sell small and large sizing.

A 'Small & Large’ search facility is available which can be accessed by clicking on the grey button on the tool bar at the footer (bottom) of the website.
