Following advice from reviews, and although I’m a size 6.5, I ordered a size 8. I received a UK6/US8 and they are a tad too small. Customer services assure me that the sizes shown are UK and not US but that is not my experience. I want to reorder as I love the sandals and I’m sure they would be very comfortable (in the right size) but am at a complete loss as to what size to order. Help!
My wife is very pleased.
Finally a sandal that looks good, supports the arch of the foot with straps that don't rub or cause blisters. I walked for miles in these and would thoroughly recommend them. Based on other reviews I ordered an 8 (normally take a 7) and the fit was spot on.
As others have said, I went up a size (usually UK5.5 or 6) and ordered a 7 for these: they fit perfectly. Very comfortable indeed, good support.
Went in Cambridge store to buy these but shoes not available on day, advised to order by extremely helpful and honest manager and staff at this branch. However then ordered online and got an email AFTER placing order to say there could be delays. Pavers, the new owners, need to be more explicit about this before order placed to ensure transparency for customer. Also, shoes are great, love the look of them, but I am a 6.5 and in this style a size 8 only just fits. Think Timberland need to rethink their UK sizing, again, to ensure the least convenience for their online customers who, if they ordered true to their actual size, would end up disappointed and having to send back.
