Easy 45-Day Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in their original packaging with the original proof of purchase, using the returns form included within your parcel. You can return your goods up to 45 days after purchase. Please note you will be charged £2.50 for your return if you hadn't purchased the 99p returns paid.

Don’t forget you can always return the goods to one of our Jones stores for FREE or return via your own courier.
