Boot Fitting Guide: How to Measure for Tall Boots
Posted by Jones Bootmaker on
Boot Fitting 101: Measuring Your Calf Width
Step 2: Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your calf, be sure to keep the tape taught but not tight. Measure both calves, if the measurements differ, take the larger of the two.
Step 3: Use the table and links below to find your best calf fit.
Step 4: To find the shaft height, measure from the top of the foot and up your leg.
Tip: Want to wear your new knee boots over trousers or tights? Wear them as you measure for an exacting fit.
