Orders under €150 will incur no additional VAT or duties when delivered in the EU.

Easy 45-Day Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in their original packaging with the original proof of purchase, using the returns form included within your parcel. You can return your goods up to 45 days after purchase. Please note you will be charged £2.50 for your return if you hadn't purchased the 99p returns paid.

This allows you to return your items to us until Saturday 16th January 2023 or up to 45 days of receipt (whichever is greater) at no further cost. Simply put the pre-paid label on the parcel and take it to the post office or your local CollectPlus store.
If you do not take out returns paid, you can still use the label to return your shoes - we will refund you the amount paid for the item returned less £2.50 to cover the cost of the return postage. Don’t forget you can always return the goods to one of our Jones stores for FREE or return via your own courier.
