Re-Opening Our Stores

Welcoming You Back In-Store
From Monday 12th April we are beginning a phased re-opening of our Jones Bootmaker stores in areas where it is safe to do so. Please note our opening hours may have changed, so, please plan ahead before your travel with our Store Locator.
Since our founders Alfred and Emma first opened their little shop in London back in 1857, our stores have played a vital role in keeping us connected with you, our customer. From Monday 12th April, we are beginning to reopen our stores in accordance to the latest Government guidelines.
At Jones, our absolute priority is to keep you and our colleagues safe, whilst of course, providing great shoes. Our dedicated staff are working exceptionally hard to adapt to the ‘new normal’ and deliver our products to you safely and responsibly.

- To reduce the number of customers we have in our stores, we have suspended our Click & Collect service until further notice.
- Disposable pop socks will be provided for those wish to try on our shoes.
- All of our staff have been trained with the latest guidelines, so if you feel unsure at any point of your visit please speak to one of our friendly colleagues.
