EASY 45-DAY RETURNS

For an extra 99p per item, you can select Returns Paid as an additional shipping option. This allows you to return your items to us up to 45 days after purchase, at no further cost. 

If you do not take out returns paid, you can still use the label to return your shoe - we will refund you the amount paid for the item returned less £2.50 to cover the cost of the return postage. Don’t forget you can always return the goods to one of our Jones Bootmaker stores for FREE or return via you own courier.

Please note, the returns label is only valid for the order it was originally sent with. It is non-transferable.
